Lowers your latency by changing how your computer handles information acknowledgments. It's amazing. This is NOT an addon, it is a modification to your computer itself.Install it, try it for yourself over a period of a few days. If you aren't happy, remove it. Make up your own mind. It won't break anything. Most people report a noticeable improvement in button response times, as well as smoother mob movement patterns.
(Ami: I went from ~150ms to ~30ms. Oceanic or overseas players see more significant improvements as shown in the comments section.)

Yeah, seems like an awesome little protocol. I've been using custom packing modifying devices such as this before and never had any problems with it. Knowing of course that there are advantages and disadvantages to each method of transfer, I've read up on this particular script and I can't see anything wrong with it ..

As it said in the description though, it may reduce your frame rate slightly but unless that will be a major problem for you I suggest you try it out. It's easy to apply and easy to remove, don't have to get your hands dirty messing around in the registry, as one would assume.

If your comp > your ISP, it may be worth a shot. Note that it affects the TCP settings for all traffic which you may or may not notice. Setting up a separate user is the way to go in that case.

i have been using it for months now and i can only say that it works as intended.
it's a great piece of equipment mandatory i would say for all wow players.
fixed my latency for about 200:).
get it while you can~!!!
